Our refund policy governs and controls your purchase of Monitorphone24.
Please go through this page very carefully and thoroughly before completing the process of your order, as it determines your rights rearding your purchases, including essential restrictions and exclusions. When you purchase any of the spy subscriptions with us, it means you are agree and aware that your order is governed by this policy.
General Policy
In case, you have any technical issues related to the software, after purchasing the software, that the Monitorphone24 support team cannot fix, you may be eligible for a refund. However, in accordance with the Refund Conditions explained below, the refund will not be applicable if you refuse help from our technical support team.
We are convinced that most of these kinds of claims can be avoided once the Monitorphone24 tech support team looks into the issue. Also, note that any of these issues must be brought to our notice within ten days after the purchase of our product. Beyond that, you will not be eligible for any refund – either complete or partial.
Refund Conditions
As per these Refund Policy conditions, you may be eligible to get a full refund on the software within ten days from the day of your purchase. However, this is possible as long as your refund reasons do not contradict the Refund Policy conditions outlined below:
You cannot apply for a refund after ten days have elapsed since the purchase date of the software.
Any claim for a Monitorphone24 refund – iOS or Android will be applicable to only primary ordirect purchaser of the software.
If the user has more than one subscription of the software, he/she is not eligible for a refund.
The money for the software will only be refunded once. If you purchase the software again in the future, you cannot apply for a refund in any case.
You may not be eligible for any refund if you refuse to re-install Spymaster Pro on the target phone and if there is an upgrade of the operating system on the target device.
You will not get any refund as per this policy if the target device has lost connection with Monitorphone24 software due to the lack of Internet access, or due to a factory reset of the target phone or its update to the latest operating system version.
If the monitored phone does not have Internet access by any reasn, no refund can be issued.
In case the loss of internet is due to a carrier change which later results in improper functioning of Monitorphone24, you cannot ask again for a refund.
You may not be eligible for any refund if you do not follow the installation guidelines provided by Monitorphone24 customer support team.
If you do not accept technical assistance or do not have access to the target phone, and/or do not know the password to unlock it, you cannot apply for a refund.
If you are unable to receive the data that had been saved on the target device before Monitorphone24 was installed on it, no refund will be issued.
In case the monitored device runs on an unsupported version of operating system, no refund will be issued after the purchase of the software. We advise our customers to check the compatibility of the Monitorphone24 package with the target phone before making final decision.
If you intend to use the spy software on more than one target device after buying one subscription plan, it is not possible. Hence, no refund is possible in such case.
There will be no refund for personal reasons – purchase made by mistake, unawared about purchase, etc.
If an antivirus software or the target user detects Monitorphone24 on their device, you are not eligible for a refund. Our team is not responsible for it.
If you have not purchased the premium version and the advanced features do not work for you, you are not eligible for a refund.
In case of a subscription gets prolonged, you are not eligible for a refund.
No refund will be issued for downgrades or upgrades to or from any of the Monitorphone24 plans.
Please Note: No refund can be issued to Monitorphone24’s customers in case their reasons for a refund are completely beyond Monitorphone24 Team’s control.
Refund Procedure
In case you are not satisfied with Monitorphone24 and are eligible for a refund as per the above conditions, you can send us your requests for a refund on our email id: refunds@monitorphone24.com. We do not accept any refund requests made via phone, live chats, or by any other means. Once our team receives your refund request, they will review it and proceed accordingly. Typically, the refund decision will be made in two to three working days.
